6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet in your name.
6.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, your jlfff5 account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.5. jlfff5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.3 jlfff5 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.4 jlfff5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
6.5 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your jlfff5 account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

11.4 In no event shall jlfff5 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.1 jlfff5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
